Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your order arrives safely:

Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
Our most economical option with full tracking capabilities.

Express Shipping: 7-12 business days
Faster delivery for those who can't wait to spoil their pets.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary based on:

  • Your geographic location
  • Customs clearance procedures (for international orders)
  • Local carrier operations and schedules
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
  • Peak shopping seasons and holidays

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey in real-time through the carrier's tracking portal.

Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

We gladly ship to customers worldwide. Please be aware:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country
  • These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • Quatrehuit cannot predict or control these fees
  • Customs clearance procedures may extend delivery times
  • Some countries may have restrictions on certain products

We recommend checking with your local customs office for information about potential charges before placing an international order.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified.

Quatrehuit is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be charged additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Need to modify or cancel your order? Contact us immediately at contact@quatrehuit.com.

We can only accommodate changes or cancellations for orders that have not yet been processed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Orders

While we work diligently to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  • Check your tracking information for the latest updates
  • Contact us at contact@quatrehuit.com with your order number
  • Allow 2-3 business days past the estimated delivery date before reporting a delay

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  • Contact your local post office with the tracking number
  • Wait 24-48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely

If your package cannot be located after these steps, contact us at contact@quatrehuit.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately
  • Do not discard the packaging
  • Contact us at contact@quatrehuit.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos in your message

We will review your case promptly and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be subject to restocking fees and additional shipping charges if you wish to have the order reshipped.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons, please allow additional time for both processing and shipping. We recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
