At Quatrehuit, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our premium pet products and want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Please Note: Items marked as non-returnable on the product page at the time of purchase cannot be returned. Always review product details before ordering.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Grooming products that have been opened or used
- Food items and treats (unless defective or damaged)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items clearly marked as such
- Gift cards or store credit
- Downloadable digital products
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at contact@quatrehuit.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return
- Wait for our team to review and approve your return request (typically within 24-48 hours)
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method
- Send us the tracking number once shipped
Important: Do not ship any items back without first receiving return authorization from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, or damaged item).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. Quatrehuit cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be reimbursed.
Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will:
- Inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- Verify it meets all return eligibility requirements
- Send you an email confirmation of receipt and inspection results
- Process your refund or exchange accordingly
Refunds
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refund Amount
Full refunds include the purchase price of the returned item(s) only. The following are not refundable:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs duties or import fees paid
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage
- Items not in original condition or with missing components
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please:
- Return your original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
This ensures the fastest processing and prevents you from waiting for an exchange that may be out of stock.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us at contact@quatrehuit.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Include your order number
- Do not discard the packaging
We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund. Return shipping will be covered by Quatrehuit for damaged items.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us at contact@quatrehuit.com within 30 days of delivery
- Describe the defect and provide photos or video evidence
- Include your order number
We will work promptly to resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund. Return shipping will be covered by Quatrehuit for defective items.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at contact@quatrehuit.com
- Provide photos of the item received
- Include your order number
We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at contact@quatrehuit.com.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return it following our standard return policy once received.
International Returns
International customers may return items following the same 30-day policy. However, please be aware:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable international shipping service
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
- You may be subject to additional customs charges for returned items depending on your country's regulations
- International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance
Refunds for international orders will be issued in the original currency and payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing may take time
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@quatrehuit.com
Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotions can be returned following our standard policy, unless clearly marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
Restocking Fees
Quatrehuit does not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our eligibility requirements.
